River Dance has the perfect outdoor living space with a large covered porch, private pool with beach entry and a great patio with a rock fire ring and sitting area. There is a huge grassy back yard with great views of the surrounding hills. The river can be accessed at two river parks within the subdivision. One river park is conveniently located a very close distance from the house. You may bring an electric golf cart or rent one from our vendor to take your gear and guests to the river. You will definitely want to plan your peak season and Off Season trips to the Frio to take advantage of this lovely home. The Frio River plus River Dance equals year round perfection.

What is provided: 1 roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom, trash bags, soap for dishes-dishwashers-lavatories, comforters for beds and pillows.
What to bring: Bring your own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats and cloth kitchen towels. Bring additional paper towels and toilet paper if you think you will need more.
